WEEK 1

WARM UP & SKILLS V1

Welcome to the Flexerisze online ‘Dancers Tilt Program’! This week we will be teaching you an in-depth skill specific dynamic warm up that we will ask you to perform before each ‘Dancers Tilt’ training session. This warm up has been carefully designed to prime your body for the exciting and challenging work ahead. After you’ve learnt your warm up, we will be teaching you 8 conditioning exercises that will be setting the foundations and strength you need to achieve your dancers tilt. At the end of the video, we will be sending you off with your first week of homework to work on before moving into the week 2 content.

WEEK 2

PROGRESSIONS V2

This week we will be progressing those 8 skills a little bit further to really test your body and once again build more strength, stability and stronger movement mechanics to work you towards a new version of your dancers tilt to finish. Before getting started be sure to warm up with our amazing dynamic warm up you learnt in week 1 of this program. ENJOY

WEEK 3

PROGRESSIONS V3

Hopefully you’ve been working hard on the content you’ve learned so far and are once again ready to progress those 8 skills just that little bit more! Remember it’s always an option to stick to previous versions of any of the drills until your body is ready to progress – There is no rush at all to get there! Before starting on this weeks content, let’s warm up together with the week 1 dynamic warm up! Just click on the video for the follow along version or head back to week 1 for the broken down tutorial! Have FUN!!

WEEK 4

PROGRESSIONS V4 & PROGRAM STRUCTURE

It’s our final week together, where as always we will be progressing those 8 skills just one more time! After we have learnt all of the content together, we will be teaching you how to approach your training for the next 8 weeks at least! Remember to always stick within your personal limits and only progress each skill when your body feels its safe to do so!
