Meet Our Girl Soph
Soph always considered herself “not flexible” for a dancer. When she first found Pole dancing as an
adult, she quickly realized that progressing through the levels would mean tackling splitty, flexy
tricks—and if she didn’t work on her flexibility, she’d be holding herself back.
Before Flexersize, every attempt at splits felt slow and frustrating. She made progress, only to get
injured and regress, constantly doubting what her body could really do.
Her first Flexersize class was a game-changer. “It was the first time I’d really seen strength being
taught in a flexibility class,” she says. Every micro-shift in her alignment, every cue on technique,
started shifting her movement patterns and building confidence. She could feel her body supporting
her in ways it never had before.
Soph joined the Beginner Splits Program, and by the end of the 6 weeks, she had her first Touchdown.
But her progress didn’t stop there.
