In this video we will talk you through what to expect from the program and how to progress at a rate that suits you! We will be teaching you 3 detailed warm ups that you will then use for all of you standing splits training sessions throughout the program. If you’re confident with your warm up, we have a sped up version at the beginning of this video for you to follow – otherwise head over to video 1 and go through your detailed warm up before coming back to learn the 3rd variations of those skill specific drills, run through those deep stretch combos & level up your standing split!
