Using a proven combination of movement techniques and a variety of detailed coaching approaches, this progressive training program is structured in a way to build your skills with stronger foundations so that by the end of the program, you can perform this drill effortlessly!

HOW IT WORKS?
 
Over the course of the next 4 weeks, you will recive 1 new video each week from the day you sign up. In week 1, we teach you a skill specific dynamic warm up in full detail. This warm up will not only test your mobility but also your balance, control and coordination, all in preparation for your dancers tilt drill at the end of each video. After you’ve learn your warm up we will be teaching you 8 conditioning exercises to build the relevant strength and stability to give you the building blocks you need to achieve your dancers tilt! In videos 2, 3 and 4 we will continue to progress those 8 drills and skills to develop the strong foundations you need to finally achieve this drill by the end of the program. At the end of week 4, we will be sending you off with an 8 week program template that will progressively increase in intensity to allow your body to adapt to the movements safely over time. The great news is, as with all of our programs, you’ll have full access to these programs FOR EVER! Which means you can take your time in really solidifying your movement and have the program as reference for as long as you need to achieve your goals!
