Time Commitment:

3-4 x 30 – 40 minute sessions weekly

*Please note, As the aim of this program is to educate you first and foremost, in the first 4 weeks there will be slightly a longer time commitment (45-60min) as you’ll be following each movement tutorial thoroughly to pick up on all the invaluable cues we will be giving you. As you become more confident with the program over the weeks and months to follow, you begin to work through the program in a much shorter time frame.
