Beginner Splits Program – Week 1 Tutorial

‘Back to Basics’ – 52 Mins

By the end of this tutorial you will have:

  • Learnt invaluable cues around how to hold your body through movement
  • Have a greater understanding of the 6 Flexersize foundation movements that will be essential to your splits progress
  • Learnt a 10 minute full body warm up sequence to practice daily

We all know that stronger foundations make a stronger house which is the exact same rule in movement.

If we can nail the basics from today, then everything you learn from here will fall into place easily and effortlessly all the way to Touchdown!

Remember, execution is key! Be mindful and pay close attention to the little gems I’ll be giving you in the form of movement cues so that in the future you will be able to self correct and your progress will sky rocket towards your Touchdown & beyond!

What you’ll need:

  • Yoga Boxes x 2
  • Yoga Mat (optional)
  • Wooden Dowel /Broom stick/ Mop – basically anything with a stick attached to it.
